Shipping
- We ship to Australia only.
- Orders will be shipped by AusPOST ExpressPost
with SIGNATURE DELIVER REQUIRED. - Shipping and handling fee is caculated upon destination and parcel weight. Parcel is delivered to destination around 2-10 working days.
- Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges and/or postage and handling fee.
- Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
- When your order is shipped you will be sent an e-mail confirmation which will include parcel number which can be used to track your order.
- Sorry, we do not offer local pick-up.

- Our web site calculates shipping cost automatically.
- Please use the "Add to Cart" button to put items into Shipping cart.
- Click "Estimate Shipping" button.
- Enter the destination post code and click "Update" button.
- After update, will show you the P&H cost to your Destination post code.
Return & Refund Policy
- It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us immediately either by phone or e-mail and have your invoice handy. We will try our best to solve your problem.
- All returns must be made within fifteen (15) days after the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.
- Any refund after 30 days from invoiced date, the item cost will divide by 12 months and refund parts of the times to returns.
- Any refund is only refund the cost of item, the Postage and handling fee is not refundable.
- Customers are responsible for paying any postage and handling fee after 30 days warranty return.
